Rabarbrakake/ Rhubarb cake

Ingredienser:

  • 125 g smør
  • 2 dl sukker
  • 2 egg
  • 3 dl hvetemel
  • 2 ts vaniljesukker
  • 1 ts bakepulver

Fyll:

  • 150 g renset rabarbra
  • 2 ss sukker
  • 1/2 ts kanel

Slik gjør du:

  1. Pisk mykt smør og sukker til smørkrem. Pisk inn ett egg om gangen. Sikt sammen det tørre og rør inn i deigen.
  2. Ha deigen i en rund kakeform (22 cm i diameter) med bakepapir i bunnen.
  3. Del den rabarbraen opp i små biter. Stikk rabarbrabitene ned i deigen i sirkelmønster. Dryss over sukker og kanel.
  4. Stek kaken midt i ovnen ved 180 C i 40 minutter. Avkjøl kaken i formen.

  • 3 dl flour
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Filling:

  • 150 g of cleaned rhubarb
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

This is what you do:

Beat soft butter and sugar to butter cream. Whip one egg at a time. Sieve it dry and stir into the dough. Have the dough in a round cake form (22 cm in diameter) with baking paper in the bottom. Divide the rhubarb into small pieces. Put the rhubarbite pieces into the dough in the circle pattern. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Stir the cake in the middle of the oven at 180 ° C for 40 minutes. Cool the cake in the mold.
